These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales of website audit reports made by WebPulse (hereinafter "the Service").

2. Service description

WebPulse provides an automated website audit service analyzing performance, SEO and accessibility. The service comes in two plans:

• Free Plan: summary scores and preview of the top 5 issues.
• Pro Report (€9): full report with all detailed issues, recommendations and headings structure.

3. Price and payment

The Pro report is sold at a unit price of €9 incl. tax. Payment is made by credit card via the secure Stripe platform. The report is accessible immediately after payment confirmation.

4. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after purchase. By confirming your order, you expressly agree that the report will be provided immediately and waive your right of withdrawal.

5. Delivery

The report is generated and instantly accessible online after payment. It can be downloaded in HTML format and printed as PDF from your browser.

6. Limitation of liability

WebPulse provides automated analysis based on publicly accessible HTML content. Results are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. WebPulse does not guarantee the completeness or absolute accuracy of the results.

7. Intellectual property

Generated reports are the property of the buyer. The design, source code and WebPulse brand remain the exclusive property of WebPulse.
